As a part of Black Forest Imports joining Hermle North America, the BFI warehouse stock is being moved to Hermle NA headquarters in Virginia. The BFI website will continue to function as normal but please be patient during the transition as we anticipate a week long ordering down-time as we get inventory and processes sorted out. ** PLEASE BE ADVISED - OUR WAREHOUSE IS LOCATED IN CENTRAL NORTH CAROLINA. WE ARE HAVING WEATHER RELATED ISSUES THAT WILL CAUSE DELAYS IN GETTING YOUR PACKAGES SHIPPED. WE ARE WORKING HARD TO REDUCE THE RISK OF OUR EMPLOYEES BEING INJURED DUE TO THE LEVEL OF ICE ON OUR ROADS AND WAREHOUSE PARKING LOT.

Due to unsafe road conditions brought by the Winter Storm this weekend, we will not be in office to ship out orders on Monday Jan 26th, 2026.
We will however be answering phones from home and writing orders down to enter when we are able to safely travel back in to work. As well as answering questions to the best of our ability. Please be patient with us at this time as our information will be limited since we are unable to access our systems.
We will keep you all updated as the winter storm is still in affect today and half the day on Monday. Once roads have been cleared and traveling is saf, We will be back to shipping.
