Description: Breast Cancer Awareness Month — Wig Stand Workshop In support of Breast Cancer Awareness Month, Woodcraft of Nashville is proud to offer an opportunity to make a difference in the lives of women facing cancer. In partnership with the Tennessee Association of Woodturners, this is a free hands-on woodworking experience where participants will turn a wooden wig stand. These wig stands will be donated to various women’s cancer centers throughout the greater Nashville area, providing a practical and meaningful gift to women who are undergoing cancer treatment. No previous woodturning experience is necessary. Whether you are an experienced woodturner or not, we invite you to join us for this special event and make a difference. Together, we can turn a piece of wood into a gift of comfort, dignity, and support.
