DAR CHOCOLATE are Gila (visual artist) & Yoel (film producer) Dar, who have become part of the small (but growing) family of Bean to Bar chocolate makers in the US. An 18 month journey in Costa Rica has brought us into the captivating world of cacao, from the process of it's crafting, all the way to becoming a multi-senses-trip chocolate bar.
