We thought a 1/2 price bookstore would be a great addition to Throckmorton and our surrounding rural towns but sad to say we have had less than 20 people in to see us in 5 months. Needless to say that makes for some long lonely days with no one stopping by.
We will decide by Nov 1st if it is feasible to stay open. Please help us out by letting us know if you have any interest in a book store and if we can change anything to get people interested. If you can would you pass the word on to people you know. Your help us greatly appreciated.

I have been asked what kind of books I have so here is a little information about what I currently have.
I have mostly paperback romance mystery murder and mayhem. I have a few Table type books and self help, autobiography and cookbooks
I also have faith based books that are free
I also sell organic tea and old jewelry.
Come check us out and have a cup of coffee or tea and a cookie

We are celebrating the 4th by being open and reading (and eating cookies). Come on by and find a good American read. Thursday and Friday 9 to 5. Saturday
