"I want to quote the mystical words of the Apostle Paul from the Bible, the world's greatest book of psychology. He wrote to the Romans, in the twelfth chapter of his Epistle, "Be you transformed by the renewing of your mind."

And I would like to quote further from that verse of Scripture. He said to the Romans, "Be you not conformed to this world."

My interpretation of this is, "Do not conform to things as they appear."

Do not be a slave to the conditions that you are in.
Do not be locked in and bound by the undesirable circumstances that you find yourself in.

Change your circumstances by changing your self-image, by changing your self-definition.

The Bible says, "Let the weak say, I AM strong." I like to add to that, "Let the poor say, I AM rich. Let the sick say, I AM well." This is redefining oneself. Let the weak one redefine himself as strong. Let the poor one redefine himself as rich, and so on."
