Hi friends,

You may have noticed I haven't been as active on social media and things have been quiet from me.

I've decided to take a step back from the business to use what energy I have to focus on things that are productive for me. I've been putting all I have into growing the business, marketing, making new products, setting up markets, etc. I've put so much energy and work in with little to no return.

Having my own small business and making products that people love has been my dream and goal. I didn't see myself getting there for a long time, but becoming disabled and having limited energy and abilities gave me the time to work on the business as I could. I've come a very long way since opening last year, but I feel my business is where it should be now in terms of products and what I have to offer. I have a solid body care line, cleaning products, and reusable/eco friendly products. There are some customer favorites that people come back for like the pain away salve, bath soaks, and multi-purpose cleaners.

I am in no way closing or shutting down. I'm still here with a full inventory of your favorites and will restock as inventory goes down. I'm not going to be adding new products, but would be happy to do a custom order if there's something you would like. The website is still up and I am still delivering. The only real change is that I'm done expanding and I'm taking a break from all the marketing on social media.

🌟 Did you know I accept trades for my products? Well, now you do! 🌟

I believe that trading, especially between small businesses/individuals, is beneficial for everyone involved. Both parties come to the table with something they are willing to part with and walk away with something they wanted or needed. I even created a local group to try to encourage and facilitate trading and bonds within the community. (I'll link it in the comments).

Some things I would be interested in:

- Mechanic work (brake pad change)
- Overgrown yard debris clearing
- Massage (licensed/professionals only please 😅)
- Produce
- Sourdough baked goods
- Artwork
- Vintage kitchen items
- Rattan furniture/shelves (smaller items)

I'm going to be honest and vulnerable here for a moment...

I put a lot of my heart and soul into my business and while I try to stay active and positive on my social media, the truth is that it's not going very well. My sales are so low that I've made less than $100 a month in sales the past few months and it's only gone downhill since I haven't been able to do the community market with my health. I've used the money from sales to try and grow my business to be more successful. I've expanded a few times into new categories to try and figure out what people want, but there's really been no change in sales.

The mobile market Saturday was a bit disheartening, but to the two lovely ladies who did come see me, thank you so much. You have no idea how much it meant to me. After sitting there for an hour and a half with no one stopping, I started to feel like it was all pointless. Then the first customer stopped by. She bought two cinnamon rolls and those two cinnamon rolls gave me hope. Later on, the second customer came by and she got a bunch of fun things from soap bags, to beeswax balm, to garlic herb flatbreads. Thank you both so much for stopping. It really means a lot to me.

This is the truth though for a lot of small businesses. We do our best to make a quality handmade product, do visually appealing packaging, have active social media accounts, and much more, but the sales aren't there. I know the economy isn't great and we're all struggling, but if there's something you need anyways, please consider shopping from a small business. When you do, you are directly supporting your community, getting quality handmade or locally grown goods, and supporting someone's dreams.

🎉 Today is the day! 🎉

🚗Come and see me in the Timberville Food Lion parking lot near the main road from now until 8pm. I've got some cinnamon rolls with three icing flavors: buttercream, strawberry, and brown butter toffee with caramel drizzle. I also have some tasty garlic herb flatbreads made with rosemary and thyme from my own garden. There's strawberry syrup available as well to make fun drinks or to top a dessert.

Looking for a sweet treat to brighten your day? Perhaps a lil' something for brunch? I've got you covered with my made from scratch cinnamon rolls! They come in a few different flavors, with more on the way! When you place your order, I bake your tray of rolls and make the icing so they come nice and fresh! Due to this, please allow at least 3 hours from time of order to delivery/pickup time.

According to VA Cottage Law (Section 3.2-5130), this product can not be sold to other businesses (grocery, restaurant, etc), be resold, sold across state lines, or sold online (with payment). Any payments for food items must be done in person. I can accept card, Venmo, Cashapp, or cash upon meeting/local delivery.
