A: When you come into the store, we will have you sample various personal v***rizer systems and flavors, and that will help us determine what system is going to be successful for you. Q: How do I know what milligram is right for me? A: In v***r world the milligram of ni****ne determines your throat hit. We start as low as 0 milligrams and go up. We have various mg levels in the store that we will have you try to determine what is right for you. E-juices have more ni****ne so they can give you the same throat hit as the carcinogens in real ci******es. If we do not meet or exceed the throat hit that you receive in your real cigarette, then the v**e will not work nearly as well in your attempt to quit smoking. Q: How do I know when a tank is finished? A: When a tank is completely finished, you will get a burnt taste when you draw on it. This is your indicator that it's time for a new tank. Stop by our store in Timonium, MD, to purchase new tanks! Q: What is warrantied? A: Everything that is electronic (i.e. batteries, chargers, etc.) is covered under the warranty. Please talk to S.S. V**e about your specific products' warranty. Q: My battery is not holding a charge or is hard to pull on, what could be wrong? A: If your battery is not holding a charge, check to make sure your battery is clean. If your battery is dirty, use a paper towel or napkin to clean it thoroughly. If you are not comfortable cleaning it yourself, you are welcome to bring your product to our store. We are more than happy to do it for you. A dirty battery can prevent the battery from getting a proper charge, making it more difficult to draw from. Q: What are Propylene glycol (PG) and Vegetable Glycerin (VG)? A: Propylene glycol (or PG) is a clear, slightly syrupy liquid made by the reaction of propylene oxide with water. PG has had an unsurpassed reputation for safe use in a wide range of consumer products and has antibacterial properties. PG is used to keep many foods that we eat moist, and the FDA has deemed it safe for human consumption. It’s used in many drinks, including beers. It’s also present in the manufacturing process of several types of cookies, cakes and candies. Because of its water-retaining properties, propylene glycol is the compound of choice for delivering atomized medications. It has been used in asthma inhalers and nebulizers since the 1950s! In electronic ci******es and personal v***rizers, PG allows atomization to occur at substantially lower temperatures, and also helps to deliver the ni****ne when inhaled. Vegetable glycerin (VG) is a natural carbohydrate derived from certain types of plants, and is used in every day products worldwide, such as cosmetics, pharmaceuticals and foods. It is non toxic, and also deemed safe for human consumption by the FDA. When E-Juices are made with a base that combines PG and VG, they generally produce more v***r and give less “throat hit” than E-Juices made solely with propylene glycol.
