Here is my first ever image of a comet: 12P/Pons-Brooks.

Storytime: I set out on a very clear day and supposed-to-be-night. As soon as I begin the astro type of imaging process, a few clouds move in after a couple pictures that positioned themselves right in front of the comet. My plan was to take a minimum of 60 photos to process and stack, but I only had 4 usable ones and I repositioned my camera after the first two. I say all that to say this: this is a single image (with a star tracker) I’ve worked on to get to look halfway decent and pull it out of light pollution and an astronomical twilight lit sky. The next time I post this, it will be a much improved version! Here you go!

I still have much to learn in the astrophotography realm. It’s VERY different than standard photography.
