Hard work is something our communities know a lot about.

It’s in the farmer who is up before daylight. The person heading into the factory for another shift. The contractor putting in a long day. The small-business owner turning the lights on every morning. And all the teachers, first responders, tradespeople, office workers and countless others doing their part every day.

Different jobs. Different schedules. Different ways of making a living.

But there’s something they have in common showing up, doing the work and taking pride in a job well done.

That work is what keeps our families going, our businesses running and our small communities strong.

This Labor Day, we celebrate all of you who put in the work every day.
