Omg omg omg! We did it y’all!

We finally did it!

In all the years I have been doing Art Shows I have never won a ribbon. Today that changed!

I don’t award chase. That is not why I do art shows (or any show). I host the popup at these events for you, because I love seeing you light up when you find that perfect piece of jewelry that speaks to your untamed soul.

But I do have to say, I got the tingles in my jellies when the committee walked up with this shiny yellow ribbon. My first response was “Who is that for?”

And then I started geeking out!

Winning this award isn’t just an ego boost, it’s confirmation that we are slowly changing the world! It proves that you should be exactly who you were always meant to be, without apology. No hiding and no shrinking yourself to fit into someone else’s mold.

Instead, run wild, be freely you, and celebrate your untamed soul. Because we just won a a “snooty art show award” together.

Now I am going to go geek out some more.

Sometimes the Chaos of life is reflected in other areas.

For me, it’s my work bench.

There are bits and pieces of unfinished jewelry, wire, jump rings and tools everywhere. But something beautiful always comes out of the mess, so maybe I’ll leave it that way for just a bit longer.

Seeing the customers come return for the same design again and again never gets old. 💙

This is one of those pieces. It's handcrafted from titanium that is colored in small batches using electricity! the metal is submerged in water, and zapped with curent to produce a stunning rianbow of colors. It's then interwoven with stainless steel rings into this celtic knot pattern, complete with little steel bead that you can fidget with.

It's like the prefect stim toy you can wear.

They were so popular, that I was sold out of them for a very long time... but they are back at least until y'all buy me out again!

An honestly, that's the biggest compliment I could ask for as a designer. 🫶📦

Handmade always takes longer than people think…

It's not fast fashion, there isn't a massive factory making a hundred thousand of the same boring piece. It's just me, and pliers, and patience (and sometimes tequilla).

There’s so much that happens before a finished design is ready to leave my studio and head to it's new owner.

From the initial design work, to the planning and creating and finally those little finishing touches that make it something unique and special.

That all takes time, and that time means you get something that makes you feel spectacular when you wear it.

This is a little personal...

I will be closeing the studio from June 10th through June 28th.

I'll be having a planned surgery and taking the time I need to properly recover.

I want to be honest with you, because that's the kind of relationship I've always strived to keep with the SiC community... This isn't easy for me. Stepping away from work I love, and a community that means so much, is genuinely hard.

But I realize that taking care of myself is important, and what will allow me to keep creating for you, and that matters more. More than just toughing it out indefinetly.

If you've been thinking about placing an order or inquiring about a custom piece (I have one slot left), I would love to hear from you before June 10th. All orders placed before my departure will be fulfilled before I go.

I'll be back on June 29th, rested and ready to make something new, exciting, and sexy to help you claim who you truly have always been.

Thank you for being here. Your support has carried me through hard moments before, and I have no doubt it will again.
