Tom was and will always be legendary in the Toledo area music scene.

Our hearts are broken while we mourn the unexpected loss of Tom. Words can not describe the immense loss those who knew him are feeling. Tom was a colleague and friend to many. He was a legend in the Toledo events industry working for Great Lakes Sound for over 35 years and was a member of I.A.T.S.E Local #24. He was our longest standing employee and an immensely valued member of our team.

It was often said that Tom might not know everyone, but everyone surely knows Tom.

Our thoughts go out to his family & friends. We’d like to send thanks to our employees, Lucas County EMS and St. Vincent Hospital staff in their professionalism yesterday.

We will provide an update regarding a service when more is known.

Chuck has been playing the guitar for over 45 years, and has been with All Star Music since we started. Chuck is the lead guitarist for the Toledo Local band "Damien". Chuck teaches a range of styles for guitar and bass, such as jazz, country, rock, and many more. He looks forward to being able to teach students of all ages and skill levels.

- Classical Violin at the beginning and intermediate level
- Classical or Jazz piano at the beginning level

Landon Stone is a professional trumpet player and educator with a diverse background in Classical, Jazz, Latin, and Contemporary music styles. He holds a Bachelor of Music in Classical Trumpet Performance and a Bachelor of Arts in Jazz Studies from the University of Maryland. Landon has studied with several notable musicians including world renowned trumpet player and pedagogue Chris Gekker, current member of the Legendary Count Basie Orchestra Mark Williams, and acclaimed top call lead and commercial trumpet player Hart GP.
As an educator, Landon has worked with students of all ages and experience levels through private lessons, the Toledo Alliance for the Performing Arts TAPA in the Parks Music Internship, and through giving sectionals/masterclasses in multiple High Schools throughout the DMV area. Landon believes that effective music education encourages growth on the instrument while also providing a creative outlet to explore music. He works with each student to build a strong foundation in fundamentals while developing musicianship, confidence, creativity, and a genuine love for music. All ages and experience levels are welcome as Landon strives to create a supportive and individualized learning experience for all of his students.
