If you are outside at 1:36pm today, or any afternoon through Tuesday, you will experience the most intense sun angle of the year. The sun angle in Toledo will be at 71.8 degrees and Findlay will have a sun angle at 72.4 degrees above the horizon. The highest sun angle will occur at local solar noon. Our solar noon is about a half hour after noon normally, but then you have to add in an extra hour because of daylight saving time. That is why the highest sun burn risk is between 1-2pm in the afternoon. The UV index today and tomorrow is expected to be around a 10!

Are you ready for summer? The "normal" high is 79 degrees this time of the year, but the entire forecast after Tuesday is between 80 and 87 for highs. Most of the US is expected to have near normal temperatures to hotter than normal conditions this weekend into next week.
