With our Woodmizer narrow kerf band-sawmill we can mill smooth lumber and more of it than circular mills. We offer free estimates and consulting, custom sawing, kiln drying, planing, and make special cuts to our customers specifications. Our business also offers a complete line of kiln dried hardwoods. Our prices and rates are all based on the board foot and we offer free scale sheets to help in c

alculating your needs. We take great pride in selecting certain trees that have lived throughout many seasons but have now come to pass into another stage of their lives. We want our forest to last for future generations, and plan on managing them to do just that. Custom Sawing- .35 cents per bd/ft
Hourly Rates $60 per/hr
*used for special time consuming sawing such as small logs, dirty logs, quartered logs, and special handling of logs
Custom Kiln Drying- .50 cents per bd/ft
*moisture will be removed to 6 or 8% this is recommended for all furniture applications
*air dried lumber will never drop below 13% due to our relative humidity (1 inch per year is the time it takes to air dry)


Log Requirements
- min log diameter 8 in
-min log length 8 ft
-max log diameter 36 in (on biggest side)
-max log length 17 ft

Firewood is $30 a pickup load
Sawdust is $10 a pickup load
Sold rough cut green lumber .70 cents/ft
