A heads up for your downtown plans:

Beginning Monday, June 8, I-70 will close between Topeka Boulevard and SE 8th Street for about six months as work continues on the Polk-Quincy Viaduct project.

Through traffic will be detoured to I-470, but Kansas Avenue and Topeka Boulevard will remain open except for occasional closures. Local traffic coming Eastbound on I-70 can still exit at Topeka Blvd to arrive downtown, local traffic coming Westbound can exit at 10th Avenue or 8th Avenue to arrive downtown.

That means your favorite downtown restaurants, shops, events, murals, music, coffee stops, and local businesses are still here and ready to welcome you!

This project is a major investment in Downtown Topeka’s future, and while the work is happening, we’ll keep celebrating everything that makes downtown worth showing up for.

Plan your route, follow posted detours, and keep coming downtown.

Topeka Yoga Network is doing the thing! Sign up for yoga classes and embark on your mind body connection journey!

Good morning and happy Monday!! Today is a great day for a great day! We are super excited about our new class offerings and our instructors! We've had so many folks reach out to us. And ask us, when Splash Pad Yoga With Topeka Yoga Network @ Evergy Plaza ... well, it's finally here! And.... as if that wasn't enough, our Cedar & Sage Spa Yoga with TYN starts this Saturday too!
We've added an additional Sculpt and Tone, and Fridays are ALL about fitness...with an additional 5:45 Virtual Power Class, an 11:30am Dance Fit and an Aerial Fit Class at 12:30!
There's something for the Littles on our schedule now too!
With so many yoga class options...we KNOW we're going to see you on the mat (or in the silks 😉)
