VENDOR SPOTLIGHT is on Laura Will she does Decoupaging on all kinds of things. She's been a Vendor here at Barbs for 3 years. We enjoy having and seeing all the neat things she makes. And it's so beautiful you can't tell it's decoupaged. She does it on Glass~ Wood~ Metal~ Terra Cotta Decoupage~ Chalk painting. She takes special orders. Her saying is...Reduce~Reuse~Recycle, with Love.
