Suppressor Update after talking to our legal counsel. Our position will remain that we will process Form 4 transfers only.
We continue to receive suppressors from distribution that are registered in the NFA database. However, given the current uncertainty surrounding the proper transfer and handling of these items, we believe proceeding without clear guidance could place both our business and our customers in a precarious legal position.
As a result, We will not put our customers, our employees, or our federal fi****ms license at unnecessary risk. We take our legal and regulatory responsibilities seriously, and we would rather pause or delay a transaction than potentially expose anyone involved to significant legal consequences.
We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. We understand that these delays are frustrating, but our priority is to protect our customers and our business while ensuring that every NFA transfer we conduct is handled in accordance with applicable law and regulatory requirements.
