Retained Fees:
a) Merchandise items:
Fifty percent (50%) of the selling price shall be retained by (Jay & kenzies thrift shop.)
2. Liability:
Jay and Kenzies thrift shop assumes no liability for the loss, damage to or destruction of any item that are shipped.
3. Imperfect Merchandise:
Items in need of repair or cleaning (May not be sold at Jay and Kenzies Thrift shop Descretion.)
4. Pickups: Co
nsignor must give a minimum of two (2) days notice before pickup and will be responsible
for letting Jay and Kinzies thirft shop that they no longer want the item to be sold....
5. Price Reductions:
All items consigned may be subject to a price reduction (At the discretion of JAY AND KENZIES THRIFT SHOP.)
7. Consignment Cash: Cash is issued monthly after the 1st of every month.
8. Record Keeping: It is the responsibility of the consignor & JAY & KENZIES THRIFT SHOP to maintain
all records of consigned merchandise.
9. Follow-up Texts and Follow-Up Calls: It is the "Consignors responsibilty" to Text or Call
call to confirm sales, and contract termination.
10. It is the consigners responibility to tell the employee if the item(s) are damaged, sold or no longer available.
11. The Item(s) will be sold on the following sites- Amazon, Esty, eCrater, sellitinmystore.com, our website,
facebook, and twitter!!! (WE DON'T USE eBAY OR CRAIGSLIST!!!!!)
12. Item Prices: The Items are set by the market value!!
