Torrington Lions Craft and Gift Fair

The Salvation Army has kettle ringers out. Here is Bill Knight member of the Torrington Board of Education and a member of Torrington Lions Club He is at Price Chopper ringing the kettle helping out the Salvation Army. He does it every year. Please stop and say hi and drop a dollar or two in his kettle. We want him to get the most collected in his kettle. He can not see you because he is blind but he can hear you and the change or bills that go in his kettle. Help him be the star ringer for this season.
On another note the Salvation Army has many open spots that need to be filled to ring their kettles. Please call them ask for Kathy and she can set you up and she would be very grateful.
Plus do not forget the Salvation Army angels are up at the Union Savings Bank on top of East Main Street. Pick an angel make a child happy with a Christmas toy.
Thank you in advance for thinking of others in these tough times.

To all my friends who suffer joint pain. It might be worth a try. Better than surgery.
