As we’re writing our final grant report for the 2026 Main Street America x American Express Grant, we realized we never shared before and after photos from our project.

Before:
• A cramped workspace that was really difficult to serve our customers in, leading to long wait times and slow service. Outdated and dying equipment. No storage space. And honestly, a space that wasn’t pleasant to look at.

After:
• A beautiful and more efficient workspace with finished cabinets and countertops. A dedicated cold bar work station. A prep table and Merrychef oven for food service. An espresso bar with a dedicated milk fridge, pitcher rinser, a high quality grinder, and a nugget ice machine. And while we still need to purchase a new espresso machine (another daunting project 😮‍💨), this project has pushed us forward in our vision and growth by leaps and bounds.

Running a small business isn’t always easy, and growth often happens at a crawl (if you’re one of the lucky ones), but this grant gave us and our community so much.

We’re thrilled to be one step closer to the full vision we want to bring to our community. This year and project has been a whirlwind, and we’re happy it’s slowing down, but only so we can catch our breath and gear up for our next big move.

Wednesday: Focaccia, Cookies, and Scotcheroos
Thursday: Cinnamon Rolls, Cookies, and Scotcheroos
Friday: Pumpkin Bars, Cookies, and Scotcheroos
Saturday: Scones, Cookies, and Scotcheroos

Know when your favorite sweet treat will be available in the case!

We'll be featuring one item every day of the week, occasionally rotating flavors on the featured item and cookies with seasonal flair, and experimenting with new flavors and combos. But our #1 fan favorite scotcheroos will be available daily (until sold out).

Friday pumpkin bars are back for the Fall season only.

We're so excited about our bakery developments. This is just the first step, and we have more in the works.
