Since 2020, Fustini's Oils & Vinegars has been generously donating a percentage of its annual profits to Food Gatherers to help fight hunger in our community. This year, they stopped by with a $6,900 check. When combined with previous year donations, Fustini's has provided the equivalent of 71,000 meals for food-insecure neighbors!

A "vinegary" personality is defined as: disagreeable, bitter, or irascible in character or manner. We just couldn't disagree more... our balsamic vinegars are quite agreeable, never bitter, and their character and manner are both bold and unflappable.

This time of year, we're looking for the rich, dark balsamic vinegars that have been patiently waiting for their moment to shine. Make these into incredible vinaigrettes for a fall salad, add them to a marinade, or simply dip a piece of crusty bread and enjoy!
