My son-in-law sent me this beautiful picture of an owl not long ago and I am hoping to attempt my first owl painting soon! I am terrified of most birds, with the exception of ducks, yet the only animal I have been comfortable painting thus far…is a bird of course😂

This piece depicts a view which I would love to see daily in person! I’ve been hiking through hills and mountains several times in my life, but none lately. I so pray I get the opportunity to do that again one day🩷

These guys are much more brave than the Blue Heron. Last week, a beauty much like this one, was near us while we were fishing. He caught a fish long before we did. Felt like I should take some tips from the birds yet again. We moved closer (but still respectfully far enough away)and sure enough, my husband caught a very nice sized bass…eventually. Got a good sunset pic in there also🌻TGBTG🌻
