It looks more and more like the DOJ is not going to appeal the NFA ruling. Just need the ATF to explain what the process will be.

From what I have read and heard: it is possible the middle to end of next week we may have some guidance on how silencer sales are to be completed outside the NFA rules.

Form #4 paperwork process is going to be required until the ATF makes it clear if and how a new process will work. No one wants to go to prison.
