We are so excited to introduce and Welcome Kennedy Coleman
Coach/Teacher Kennedy Coleman!
Chenaulte Dancers is honored to welcome Ms. Kennedy Coleman home!
Kennedy's return is truly a full-circle moment. She began her dance journey right here at Chenaulte Dancers, where she built the technical foundation, discipline, and passion that launched an incredible career in dance. Today, she returns to share her knowledge, experience, and love for the art with the next generation of Chenaulte athletes.
A graduate of Howard University with a Bachelor of Arts in Strategic Communication and a minor in Sports Administration, Ms. Kennedy has trained and performed with some of the nation's most respected dance programs, including Dayton Dance Conservatory, the Debbie Allen Dance Academy, and the International Association of Black Dancers (IABD). Her performance credits include the Regional Dance America Festival, TEDx Youth Dayton, JUBA! Annual Master Tap Festival, and numerous collegiate productions with developed leadership and collaboration skills while working with diverse dancers.

Ms. Kennedy's teaching and experience includes serving as an Adjunct Coach at Meadowdale High School, Dayton Dance Conservatory Ensembles and company. Head Coach for the Anointed Dance Academy Summer Intensive, and Heels Dance Choreographer at Howard University. She is passionate about developing confident, disciplined, and technically strong dancers while creating a positive environment where every student feels encouraged to grow.
Her dedication to excellence has earned her multiple choreography and dance scholarship awards, but what truly sets her apart is her heart for mentoring young dancers and helping them discover their full potential.
We are incredibly excited to welcome
Ms. Kennedy back to the place where it all began. Her journey is a powerful reminder that legacy comes full circle, and we know she will inspire our dancers for years to come.

Please Welcome Coach/Teacher Jemaria Hatchett!
CHENAULTE' DANCERS is proud to welcome Coach/Teacher Ms. Jemaria to our dance family!
Ms. Jemaria is an accomplished dancer, choreographer, creative director, and mentor whose passion for dance is matched by her commitment to developing the next generation of performers. Her experience spans performance, choreography, leadership, and creative direction, making her an incredible addition to our staff.
As the Founder and Creative Director of Fifth Quarter Dance Company, Jemaria has successfully led productions, choreographed performances, directed rehearsals, and inspired dancers to perform with confidence and purpose. She also served as Captain of the Central State University Dancing Belles, where she led rehearsals, choreographed performances, and earned the distinguished honor of Dancer of the Year.
With formal training in ballet, jazz, modern, and hip-hop, along with experience as a dance instructor, camp facilitator, and mentor, Ms. Jemaria believes in building strong, disciplined, and confident dancers through creativity, hard work, and artistic excellence. Ms. Jemaria was first introduced to Chenaulte last summer as she hosted our majorette clinic.

Please join us in giving Coach/Teacher Jemaria a warm Chenaulte Dancers welcome! We are excited for the knowledge, leadership, and positive energy she will bring to our athletes and look forward to an amazing season together.
