For three incredible retreat days, our Cultivated Cowgirl Mahj Co. community will take over a one-of-a-kind private mountain lodge with more than 13,000 square feet of space, breathtaking views, an indoor swimming pool, two hot tubs, and a private 21-seat theater room.
Hallmark mahjong movie night, anyone? 👀🍿🀄️
This is the kind of event we love most: a beautiful destination, a full schedule of memorable experiences, plenty of mahjong, and a room full of people who may arrive as travelers but leave as friends.
Every guest will receive a Passport to Mahj passport to commemorate the experience. If you’ve already attended a Passport to Mahj destination event, you’ll receive a new sticker for your passport to mark Mahj in the Mountains.
But the lodge is only the beginning.

COMING ON YOUR OWN?
That’s exactly how many of our best Cultivated Cowgirl Mahj Co. friendships begin.
If you’re traveling alone and booking a king-room space, we’re happy to pair you with another retreat guest who is also looking for a room or bed mate.
Guests choosing a king-room space will share the king bed with the retreat guest they are paired with. If you prefer to have a king room completely to yourself, you’ll need to reserve and pay for both spaces.
Bunk-room guests will have their own individual luxury queen bunk. No bed sharing is required, and each bunk room includes a private bathroom.
SLEEPING OPTIONS
KING ROOM
Sleeps two guests in one shared king bed and includes a private bathroom. King rooms are booked as two guest spaces.
BUNK ROOM 1
Six individual luxury queen bunks: three upper bunks and three lower bunks. No bed sharing required. Includes a private bathroom.
BUNK ROOM 2
Four individual luxury queen bunks: two upper bunks and two lower bunks. No bed sharing required. Includes a private bathroom.
There are only ten individual luxury queen bunks available, along with a limited number of king-room spaces.
Once every bed is claimed, this destination is closed.
There won’t be another room added.
There won’t be another bunk tucked in.
And there won’t be another seat released after the lodge is full.
You’ll either be solving the mystery, playing beside the waterfalls, laughing with your new mahjong friends, and watching the mist rise over the Smokies…
Or watching everyone else share the pictures afterward. 👀
