When Jessica from Bewitched Bakery came into our store with a vision for mosaic tile flower cookies, I just knew she would beautifully bring them to life. I was so excited to get her message today sharing these stunning creations.

One of my favorite parts about our store is getting to hear about the ideas and projects our customers are dreaming up. Whether it's trying something completely new or bringing a vision to life, we love being able to cheer people on and help them create something special.

Seeing the finished result is such a joy, and Jessica absolutely knocked these out of the park. Aren't they beautiful? 🌸

We pledge allegiance to the sprinkles. 🫡

These patriotic favorites are some of our most popular picks for Fourth of July treats, but there's no reason to stop there!

We've got stars, stripes, sparkle, and enough red, white, and blue to decorate your entire dessert table all summer long.

Tell us: Which one (or more!) are you adding to your holiday treats this year? ❤️🤍💙

I hate sprinkles.

…said no one ever. 😂

Honestly, if there’s an opportunity to cover a treat in sprinkles? I’m taking it. Who’s with me? 🙋‍♀️

And since our Memorial Day sprinkle event is officially live, this feels like the perfect time to stock up on all the sprinkle mixes and sprinkle shapes you’ve been loving lately. 👀

Add any 4 sprinkle mixes or sprinkle shapes to your cart and only pay for 3 automatically at checkout — no code needed.

Here’s the deets on how to make them…

First, paint the bows in the mold using melted Merckens colored chocolate. I like to keep my chocolate on a heating pad while I work so it stays melted and easy to paint with. Clean up any edges using a tooth pick and a cotton swab.

Once the bows are painted, refrigerate the mold until the painted chocolate is completely cold before pouring the white chocolate over top. If the red chocolate isn’t cold and set up, the warm white chocolate can cause it to bleed.

Then just add your pretzel rods, give the mold a little tap tap on the counter, refrigerate until set, and unmold your little diploma pretzel rods 🎓🥨🍫

I think these would make such fun graduation party favors and they’re really easy to make. If you’re looking for creative graduation treats to make at home, this is your next project!

You can find the diploma pretzel rod mold and all the supplies at Confectionery House

The icing eyes absolutely sent me over the edge 😭

I made the little graduation caps out of chocolate using one of our molds, dipped strawberries in melted Merckens chocolate, and the eyes somehow gave every single one of them their own personality 😂🎓🍓

I can’t decide if they’re adorable or completely stressed about entering the real world.

You can find all the supplies to make your own little graduation strawberries at Confectionery House 🎓🍓

Have you ever driven past Confectionery House and wondered what’s inside? 💕

Or maybe you’ve wanted to visit but you don’t live local to Troy, NY.

Come take a little walk through the shop with me.

From our featured wall filled with seasonal and trending goodies… to the cookie cutter wall that feels like a cookie decorator’s dream come true.

And the sprinkle aisle? My personal weakness. I’m a sprinkle girly through and through.

We’ve also got food coloring, Magic Line cake pans, thousands of chocolate molds, Merckens chocolate melts, candy making supplies, cake decorating tools, and so much more than I can fit into one reel.

One of my favorite things about this store is that there’s inspiration everywhere you look.

Whether you’re making chocolate covered treats, decorated cookies, cakes, party favors, or holiday sweets… there’s always something fun to discover.

Not to be dramatic, but our graduation supplies are flying off the shelves faster than grads disappearing after the ceremony! 😂

The good news? We’ve still got the customer favorites everyone’s stocking up on right now.

The bad news? Your dessert table might completely upstage the graduate.

Stop into our Troy, NY store or shop online 24/7 to grab your molds, melts, sprinkles, and graduation party must-haves before the big day. 🎓
