Pro Tip: When shopping cluttered houses, look beyond the smalls to the furniture that is holding them. A lot of times, when people have a lot of stuff, they also have a lot of useful storage items because they want to fit as much as they can into a small space.
While everyone else is looking at the small items, you can cash in on the larger pieces.

This week’s Dayton sale is what we call a Volume House — a smaller home with a LOT to look through.

Two stories, a basement, and a detached garage are packed with decorative pieces, seasonal finds, craft supplies, household items, and plenty more.

Come prepared to dig a little and bring a shopping bag so you can keep your hands free while you shop.

Thursday morning details:�Numbers will be passed out at 8:00 AM

The detached garage is expected to open around 8:30 AM and you do not need a number to shop the garage.
The house opens at 9:00 AM and numbers will be used for entry.

Every estate sale is different, and this is one you’ll want to take your time walking through.

Sept. 10, Thursday: 9-3 Prices Firm

Sept. 12, Saturday: 9-3. 50% off

There’s A LOT of small items at this sale so make sure you bring a bag. We will be opening the detached garage around 8:30 ish on day one to give shoppers a chance to shop that first.

View information about this sale in Dayton, OH. The sale starts Thursday, September 10 and runs through Saturday, September 12. It is being run by Crossroads Estate Services.
