We’ll have honey available soon, and we’re pretty excited about it.

We love the science behind all of this — from flowers to flour.

We’ve been genuinely curious about what our bees have been working all season and what plants are actually making up the honey in each bottle. So we decided it was worth spending the money to send our honey off to a pollen diagnostic lab and find out.

We could just bottle it and call it honey, but we care about knowing where it came from, what went into it, and what we’re putting our name on.

Now we wait and see what the bees have been up to.

This week we’re doing preorders only, so everything will be baked specifically for your order. No guessing, no fighting the weather, and no worrying about missing out on your favorites. 😊

Labor Day and the bees are still busy. 🐝🌸

We spotted a pretty special visitor in the flowers today — a Longhorn Bee, a native bee we had never seen before. Between the honey bees, butterflies, and native pollinators, the garden has been full of life lately.

Pretty neat seeing who shows up when we plant a little something for everybody.
