You never know what you’ll see on the way to the Front Porch Vintage Emporium! Well let me just tell you, today I saw a bald eagle flying above the highway in Biscoe! It was quite the sight! The bird was huge and I could see his white head and large white tail feathers. I felt extremely lucky to see this majestic bird in flight. 🦅
I rearranged my booth today and I’m so excited that the Front Porch has added a floral booth. Y’all just have to come see it. It’s full of flowers and greenery. I was able to use some in photos of different items in my booth.
One thing I brought with me today was a Willie Nelson pot that I painted and added some greenery to it.
So y’all come see us and all of the great booths we have here and don’t forget the new floral booth that Melanie has worked so hard on. You might just see something majestic like I did today! 🦅

Happy Mother’s Day y’all! 💐
It’s the little things you know? Miniatures are very popular right now so today I brought in a small wall cabinet to hold your collectibles. This one is great because it has glass doors to keep the items from falling out.
I also added several other new items to the Short Rows booth. So hurry on down to Front Porch Vintage Emporium and see everything little and large! You’ll be glad you did! 💐

Today, while dropping off a few items for the Short Rows booth, a customer placed a coffee cup on the counter to purchase. I was immediately drawn back to memories of my grandmother. She drank her daily coffee out of a cup just like the one the customer was buying. A walk through the Front Porch Vintage Emporium will do that to you. Precious memories are throughout the store. So y’all come check out everything in the beautiful booths here. You’ll be glad you did!

It has been a beautiful day and the Front Porch Vintage Emporium will be open till 7:00 tonight! How exciting is that? 😊
I took a sweet coffee table book to my booth today. It’s called, North Carolina Churches: Portraits of Grace and it features two local churches. I also brought some hens on the nest wooden cutouts and several other items. So come see everything in all the beautiful booths and take a little spring home with you! You’ll be glad you did! 💐

There’s a reason why I always pack our car for vacation and that reason is because I can fit more in the car than my husband can! 😂🤣😂
Today, I took a beautiful vintage, oak Thomasville corner cabinet to my booth. My booth was full but with Melanie’s help we were able to fit that cabinet in the booth! This corner cabinet is on the smaller size but like a mighty oak, she’s heavy! I also added several other items to the booth so make sure to check out the pictures! It’s always better to see everything in person so y’all come see us! You’ll be glad you did! 🦅

I made the journey over brined roads to Troy today to add items to my booth at Front Porch Vintage Emporium. We’ll just have to wait and see whether we get snow or rain this weekend. Hoping that 2026 will be kind to all of you. I took a trip to Troy on this first day of the year to restock the Short Rows booth. All items in the booth are 20% off except marked firm. Sale runs today through January 10th!

Shorty the Short Rows elf was all over the booth today pointing out lots of red and green items! He said if you want to hide the good cookies for yourself, you need the McCoy potato cookie jar. It’s not red and green but he said no one would ever look in there for your favorite yummy treats. Shorty is hoping you stop by and visit us at Front Porch Vintage Emporium in Troy real soon! 🎄

Happy Thanksgiving to you all! I am so grateful to have the wonderful followers that I have! I am truly blessed.
The color of the day is brown. That happens sometimes when I’m placing items in my booth. Apparently, most every item I added today is brown. You may have to look a little harder to see them as they don’t stand out like bright colors but trust me, I added some cool items. You’ll find items for the Coca Cola collector, a McCoy pottery cookie jar, a very old barn find dough board and lots more! Some y’all come see us! You’ll be glad you did! 🦃🦃🦃
