Our friends from Meg's Midnight Bakery are rolling into Copper Tree this weekend!

If you've tried the whoopie pies or oatmeal pies we carry, you already know how good thier baked goods are! Saturday they'll be here with even more fresh treats, plus their specialty drinks and all your favorites.

Stop by, grab some candy, grab a drink, and treat yourself to something creamy and delicious!

Taking things a little easy this week...

After an amazing weekend that completely cleared out my shelves, it's time to restock and focus on a stack of custom orders that need my attention. 🍪🧁

I don't think a lot of people are aware that I run my trailer a little differently than most food trucks or concession trailers.

Everything is baked at home, packaged, loaded into the trailer, and restocked as needed throughout the week. I don't have a commercial kitchen full of employees keeping things stocked behind the scenes—it's just me, my family, and a lot of late nights. 😅

One thing I pride myself on is keeping the line moving. Instead of making people wait while I bake on-site, I focus on having products ready to go so you can grab your snacky snack, drinky drink, and get back to enjoying your event.

This week will be a little quieter while I restock inventory, work on custom orders, and continue making improvements to the trailer.

I'm also working on a few things behind the scenes (and behind a computer screen) that were HIGHLY requested this weekend. 👀

A lot of you asked about merch, easier ways to keep track of where the trailer will be, and a few other fun ideas... so I'm seeing what I can make happen. Stay tuned. 😏
