It's official — the full menu is back. 🥬

Lettuce and cilantro have returned, and so has our red salsa. Everything is sourced from suppliers we've verified, because we weren't putting it back on your plate until we were sure.

So: salads are back. Salad wraps are back. Your tacos come dressed the way they're supposed to. And that red salsa y'all have been asking about every single week is sitting right there waiting for you.

Thank you for being patient with us. We'd rather pull something and hear about it than serve something we're not confident in.

Posting this again because it still applies. North Carolina is dealing with a cyclospora outbreak, and NCDHHS has named parsley, cilantro, and lettuce as the most identified potential sources here in our state. Cooking is the only proven way to eliminate cyclospora on produce, so we are still not serving lettuce or cilantro until we get the all clear.

We know that changes a few of your favorites and we appreciate you rolling with us. We would rather pull an ingredient and be overly careful than take any chances with your health. We will post an update as soon as things change.

NCDHHS issued a health advisory this week on cyclospora potentially linked to raw lettuce, cilantro & parsley statewide. Out of an abundance of caution, we're pausing fresh lettuce & cilantro on our menu this week.
Everything else? Still made from scratch, still smashing tacos daily. 🌮
Your health comes first, always. We'll bring these back as soon as it's safe.

Kick off the Fourth of July weekend with us at The Tryon Bottle.
