Every March, birders flock to Tubac for Hawk Watch. They seem to be younger every year. 😉 At Tumacookery, we know that cooking good food also helps the body and mind. Use it or loose it.

Expert birdwatchers have brain differences that may underlie their remarkable ability to identify unfamiliar birds and suggest that birdwatching can reshape the brain in much the same way as learning a language or a musical instrument does.

The Tubac Festival of the Arts is an annual tradition in Tubac that goes back 67 years. The festival is distinctive because of how it integrates more than 130 local galleries, specialty shops, boutiques and restaurants. It returns Wednesday.
