π‘οΈ BUSINESS INTEGRITY UPDATE: Zero Tolerance π‘οΈ
To our Rafant family and fellow business owners,
At Rafant, we stand by our products and our integrity. Unfortunately, we have dealt with "Friendly Fraud"βincluding instances where buyers deliberately damage items, return different items (swapping), or file false "Item Not as Described" claims to force a refund while illegally keeping both the merchandise and the money.
We have a zero-tolerance policy for theft. To protect our brand and the seller community from these predatory tactics (notably coming out of Illinois, New York, and California), we have officially filed:

* π FBI Internet Crime Reports (IC3)οΏ½
* π USPS Federal Mail Fraud ReportsοΏ½
π‘ A Vital Warning to my Fellow Sellers: We know many of you follow us because you also run your own shops. We cannot stress this enough: Do not fulfill an order if a personβs name appears on a "block list" or scammer database. We have been victims of this before because we chose to ignore a warning. Even "sellers" on other platforms can commit fraud. Always trust the scammer data!
π’ Taking Action: We have officially documented these experiences on seller-protection websites to help stop the cycle of fraud. We maintain high-definition photo and weight records for every order shipped.
We love our honest customers and will always honor fair returns, but we will always take legal action to prevent theft. Thank you for standing with us! β¨
