Lies and falsehoods are rampant in the ads for the election. First on Trump: he never said he would cut social security- he says he will protect it. He never said anything about a national abortion ban. He is satisfied abortion is up to the states. He had nothing to do with project 2025, he has not read it and it is not part of his csmpaign platform. On Prop 139 in AZ, Arizona does not have an abortion ban. It is legal up to 15 weeks. On Prop 140 in AZ, they say independents can’t vote in ptimaties, That is false , they can vote but need to say which party they will vote in.

If the advertisers have to lie about there proposals, shouldn’t you question what really is going on? Prop 140 they say will let independents vote in the primary. Independents can already vote in the primary in Arizona, they just need to specify in which party they will vote. Prop 140 is ranked voting where all parties are on the primary ballot. This guarantees that the lowest ranked entities will not show up on the final election ballot, and in the case of Prop 140, the Sec’y of State will determine who shows up there.

The aTF has a new order effective today essentially ending private transfers of fi****ms except in limited cases. Those selling fi****ms are presumed to be in the business and must obtain an FFL (Federsl Fi****ms License) and conduct background checks on all fi****ms sales. An injunction has been issued to delay implementation against certain individuals, organizations and one State but the question remains as to “can the ATF enforce these rules against individuals not named in the order?” I’ve attached the last part of the order so any lawyers can review and comment.

Israel does not have a second amendment so the Israelis could not defend themselves when Hamas conducted their horrific attack. Recently, Israel began issuing 10000 AR-15's to citizens to defend themselves. Well, surprise, surprise, the Biden administration just declared a 90 day pause on exports of fi****ms and ammunition. This Israeli program is contrary to the Biden gun control agenda of depriving citizens of guns and the ability to defend themselves. This is a despicable policy and will affect the lives of Israelis!

Over the weekend, a 12 year old boy was shot and killed at a gas station near our house. But, he shot first at two adult males and one of them was armed and took the shooter out. Don’t know what was going on, but as concealed carry people, are you ready to shoot a “child” to defend yourself? That is important to consider as a lot of gang members are very young.

The ATF is working hard to create an environment where private sellers must apply for a Federal Fi****ms license as they interpret one to "be in the business" of selling fi****ms. At the same time, they are working to cancel existing licensees to reduce gun sales. FFL revocations are up 300% over the past two years. Does this make sense? I guess only if you are in favor of restricting 2nd amendment rights.

It is part o a plan to achieve 50% fewer gas vehicles by 2030, 40% of residents walking, riding bicycles or public transportation by that date. A fee of just ).75 % on your electric billis expected to raise $230 million over time to build bus only laneswhich will reducecar lanes, make it more difficult for local businesses, and create congestion. This is called "Road Diet". Also, you need to get familiar with "15 minute cities" which forces residents to restrict their drivingeven more.
