Scott’s working conditions got a significant improvement this week, with the addition of a mini split air conditioner. We do all of our shipping and the majority of our inventory storage from our workshop, which he converted from a carport about 10 years ago. Here in Southern Arizona, the outside summer temperatures are consistently over 100° for months on end and at times the workshop was unbearable. It is surprisingly cool out there now, even set on 85°!

Happy eBay anniversary to meeeeee! 23 years now, still chugging along. Forever thankful that my success on the platform allowed me to be a stay-at-home mom for 18 years, as just a hobby / part-time seller. Now I also work outside our home in order to have family health insurance and build a retirement fund. I can’t wait until eBay is my only “job” again!

Wide, horizontal stripes. Length down the front center, neckline to bottom hem = 26". Length down the back center, neckline to bottom hem = 29.5". Shoulder seam to shoulder seam, across the back, laid flat = 21".

Congrats to my favorite local coffee shop on their 7th anniversary! It’s been fun to watch them grow and develop over the years.

Scott and I recently celebrated our 30th wedding anniversary at Disneyland. So far we’ve sold about $80 worth of swag we collected along the way! We still have a couple of trading pins and the hotel toiletries left to go.

Here’s our Super Bowl lineup for today: we’ve staged our own cacti for customers who are stopping by for pick-up throughout the day, and then we have our very first purchase from that will go on the grill just before the game. Butchers Pantry is a new shop just down the road from us. We love purchasing from small businesses, and bonus points when it’s people we know! We picked up some beef jerky, baked beans, twice baked potatoes, yaya burgers and buns. Yaya burgers are a 60/40 mix of ground beef and bacon. Super excited to try them!
