💙Blue Glow Agave - Agave 'Blue Glow'🌵

Blue Glow is one of the most well-mannered and attractive agaves we've seen. It grows slowly and doesn't reproduce with pups, so it stays compact enough to fit into tight spaces and is perfect for containers Each of this small agave's grey green leaves have a bright red margin edged with a thin yellow line. These colors really pop when backlit by the sun, making the leaf margins appear to glow. Each tip is armed with a short red spine. After about 10-15 years, the agave will bloom only once; sporting lts of greenish-yellow flowers with long red stamens in an 8-10ft spike.

This low-growing herbaceous perennial is a butterfly favorite making it a must have in any butterfly garden! Fuzzy, lavender-purple flowers are borne in clusters atop branches of brilliant green, finely-textured foliage from early spring through fall. Though it may go dormant and even freeze to the ground in winter, its tough roots are hardy to 0°F and the plant quickly recovers in spring. Plant in mass under the filtered shade of desert trees, and is great for containers near patios; where the entertaining butterfly activity can be enjoyed at close range.

🍏Anna Apple - Malus x domestica 'Anna'🌳

Maxing out at maturity between 15ft and 25ft, the Anna apple is a great for any garden, large or small. Beautiful pink and white blooms emerge out of an entirely bare tree in early spring, following by ripening fruit in early to midsummer. Anna apple's fruit is medium sized with green skin kissed by a slight red blush. A wonderful multipurpose apple for eating right off the tree, cooking, or baking. This variety is self fruiting and does not need a second tree to produce fruit; however, yield can be increased by planting a second such as the 'Golden Dorsett' Apple.

🦜Bird of Paradise - Strelitzia reginae🌴

What better way to add a tropical touch to your garden then to add one of these beauties. The Bird of Paradise is, without a doubt, a showstopper specimen plant. Its grey-green foliage is similar to that of a banana plant, and its spectacular flower resembles tropical birds. Blossoms appear in spring and fall and are more profuse in cooler weather. Long-lasting flowers reside on the plant for at least a week and can even be cut and placed in a vase of water for up to two weeks. Plant in a shady spot: a protected location in the ground or in a brightly colored pot for a dramatic showpiece. Bird of Paradise benefits significantly from frequent and heavy feeding during the growing season.

The Chaste Tree sports lovely, dusty green foliage garnished with lilac-purple flower spikes during the summer. The colorful blossoms are quite attractive to buterflies in particular. It can be grown as a large shrub or a small tree, though pruning at an early age is necessary to train into a tree. The tree makes very limited messes, with the exception of some minor flower litter.
