💛 Almond Praline 💛

What is a praline? Well 🤓 it’s a confection comprised of nuts and sugar! Our special sweet is a blend of toasted house-ground almonds, caramelized sugar, and 69% dark chocolate. We top each bon bon with a little mound of almond brittle bits too, because why not? 🤌✨💫💫

One of our classic bon bons, one might say this one is basic 🥱… but think again! 🥸 This luscious ganache is a balanced emulsion of our flavorful 69% dark chocolate and fresh cream. The salt garnish is sourced from the Sea of Cortez, and carries a mineral complexity that brings forward the fruity flavors in the chocolate 💋🌊💙

🩷Raspberry Dark Chocolate🩷

This little beauty started as a limited Valentine’s Day flavor over 3 years ago. We’d bring it back every February, and it would sell out before the 14th each time… clearly a sign it should stick around all year! Made with real raspberry puree folded into silky smooth dark chocolate ganache, who wouldn’t love this classic combo? 😏 We garnish each bon bon with shaved raspberry white chocolate, which we make just for this flavor 💝
