We’ve got a full month ahead at The Gathering Table, plus plenty of fall shopping and seasonal treasures throughout the shop. 🧚‍♀️

Here’s what’s happening:
- October 7 | 11 AM–1 PM — Pumpkin Carving Workshop *mid-week class*
- October 10 | 4–5:30 PM — Fresh-Flower Pumpkin Arrangement
- October 17 | 1–3 PM — Pine Needle Art with Corie Sue’s Creations
- October 22 | 4-6PM Chunky Knit Pumpkins with Christy *midweek class*
- October 24 | 3–5 PM — Potion Making with My Madre & Me
- October 31 | Halloween in The Passage 🎃

And in between classes, the shelves will be filling up with fall décor, handmade gifts, seasonal treats, curious little finds, and plenty of treasures from our local makers.

Whether you’re coming to make something, shop something, or just see what the Passage Keeper has collected lately, October is going to be a fun one around here.

🌲 A Truly Unique Fall Workshop at The Gathering Table 🍂

Have you ever admired the beautiful pine-needle dishes created by Corie Sue’s Creations and wondered how they’re made? This is your opportunity to learn the art for yourself!

Using pine needles gathered from Mount Lemmon, Corie will guide you through the process of creating your own pine-needle art. It’s a wonderfully unique way to welcome the fall season while learning a traditional craft inspired by the natural beauty of Southern Arizona.

There’s something about this time of year that makes the little details feel extra special. 🍂

The Passage Keeper has been collecting curious treasures along the way — an old book here, a vintage find there, a few pumpkins tucked into the corners — each one gathered during the adventure and given a place to wait for whoever is meant to discover it next.

That’s one of my favorite things about The Passage. Nothing has to match perfectly. It just has to feel like it has a story.

Come wander awhile and see what the Passage Keeper has found lately. ✨

🎃🐇 Halloween in the Passage 🐇🎃

The Passage Keeper has opened the doors for a most curious Halloween celebration! Follow the White Rabbit into The Peddlers Passage for a day filled with whimsical finds, costumes, treats, and just a touch of Passage magic.

Don your finest costume and trick-or-treat your way through the shop! Children, grown-ups, and delightfully curious creatures of every kind are invited to join the fun.

The Passage Keeper has also prepared a limited number of special Halloween treasure bags—each filled with treats and curiosities chosen especially for the occasion, including limited-edition Passage collectibles!

These little treasures will be available on halloween while supplies last, so be careful not to wander too far down the rabbit hole before stopping by.

Costumes are encouraged, curiosity is always welcome, and you never quite know what might be waiting for you inside the Passage…

Meet Christy Holden, the talented maker behind Cozy Creations by Christy!

A lifelong crafter, Christy loves turning soft, chunky yarn into warm and wonderfully cozy creations. Her signature chunky knit blankets are made for curling up with a good book, sharing movie nights with family, or adding an inviting touch of handmade comfort to your home.

Originally from Huntington Beach, Christy has called the Tucson area home for 36 years. She and her husband, Dennis, have been married for 33 years and share three daughters and six grandchildren. When she isn’t crafting, Christy enjoys traveling, concerts, scrapbooking, red w**e, 80s music—and, most of all, spending time with her grandkids.

Christy’s creativity goes far beyond blankets! Her display will change with the seasons and may include chunky knit teddy bears, pumpkins, pillows, purses, snowmen, and other cozy surprises. But you can always expect to find her beautiful chunky knit blankets waiting to be discovered.

A little paint. A little chaos. A whole lot of fun. 🎨✨

Join us at The Gathering Table on Saturday, October 3 from 3–5 PM for an afternoon of Paint Pouring with Fluid Art with Erika!

No artistic experience needed — this is one of those wonderfully messy, relaxing classes where every piece turns out completely different. Erika will walk you through the process, and you’ll leave with your own colorful creation.

We still have seats available, so grab a friend and come make something with us!
