We are a friendly, independently owned community pharmacy that takes pride in providing outstanding customer service and a welcoming shopping experience. In addition to our pharmacy, we offer a thoughtfully selected gift shop featuring seasonal décor, gifts, home accessories, and specialty items. We are looking for an energetic, dependable, customer-focused, multi tasker positive individual to join our team.

Position Summary
The Pharmacy & Gift Shop Sales Associate provides exceptional customer service at both the pharmacy checkout and gift sales floor & counter. This position does not perform pharmacy technician duties and does not require technician certification.

Responsibilities:
• Greet customers warmly and provide outstanding customer service.
• Operate the cash register for pharmacy purchases and gift shop merchandise.
• Process sales, returns, and payments accurately.
• Answer telephone calls and direct customers appropriately.
• Assist customers in locating products and selecting gifts.
• Receive, stock, clean and organize pharmacy front-end merchandise and gift inventory.
• Create attractive merchandise displays and maintain a neat sales floor.
• Restock shelves and seasonal displays.
• Assist with gift wrapping and selections when requested.
• Keep checkout areas clean and organized.
• Perform other customer service and retail duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
• Previous retail, cashier, customer service, or gift shop experience preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Friendly, outgoing personality.
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
• Basic computer and cash register skills.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
• Available until 6:00 PM during the week and 1–2 Saturdays per month.
