The growth and color on our Christmas trees this season have been nothing short of amazing! We’re on track to have the best crop of Christmas trees in our farm's history.
A big shout-out to Sam Tischler and Pat Greenfield with Timac AGRO. They analyzed our soils and recommended a pH-balancing program along with a micronutrient blend that we applied last fall. This spring, they fine-tuned our fertilizer program to maximize growth, color, and overall tree health. Thanks also to Tully Ag for blending the products for us.
This Friday, we’ll be attending the Annual Summer Growers Meeting in Geneva to learn even more. Then it’s back to the farm, where pruning season begins as we shape this beautiful crop for the holidays.
We can’t wait to see these trees ready for families to enjoy this Christmas!
