It’s Friday!!! 🥳 Bartlesville customers, I’m dropping off your orders today! Starting next week, local drop offs will be on Thursdays in Bartlesville & Friday afternoons in Tulsa/surrounding areas.. please let me know if you’d rather have your items mailed 2 day Priority or pick them up.. 👏

Black Heart will NOT be accepting payments via check, Venmo, or Cashapp.. the only approved payment options are through an email invoice, Apple Pay, Cash or PayPal.. STARTING MONDAY, if you send a Venmo or CashApp without approval, I will be taking that as a tip & still emailing you an invoice..  I had orders & payments coming from six different platforms this week.. & if I don’t have an order number for it, it’s automatically at the bottom of my list to try to remember..  I receive text orders every day, which I’m very appreciative of, but I do have to keep my business organized to best serve all of my customers.. 🥹 payments are due before processing begins, on EVERY order.. your order is custom, not something that I can resell, so please keep that in mind..  ultimately once you have your invoice, my TAT starts when the payment processes.. if your invoice is not paid, please refrain from asking me when your project will be done.. My schedule is based on who pays their invoices first.. that will be the first inventory that’s ordered and the first projects that start on the schedule.. 🙂
I also had equipment break while moving to its new location so a few orders were delayed 2 days while waiting on the new part to arrive.. those will all be completed today!
