Introducing Team Ménage à Deux for the 2026 Race to Alaska!

We’re sending a massive shout-out to our local Bellingham neighbors, Craig Cooper and Melissa Roberts, as they gear up for the R2AK.

This powerhouse duo is joining forces on their Olson 25, Kamikaze, combining Craig’s deep passion for the race with Melissa’s firsthand experience as an R2AK veteran.

They’ve spent the winter stripping the boat down and building it back up—modernizing the tech, installing a pedal-drive system for those grueling doldrums.

R2AK is notorious for throwing wild conditions at racers. That’s why Team Ménage à Deux is heading into the wilderness fully equipped with the Action Trauma Kit from Cascade First Aid gear.
