We'll be pairing Sonder Grenache Blanc with goat cheese on a crostini, topped with a
sprinkle of nuts and a drizzle of hot honey; Kind Stranger Chardonnay with a slice of cucumber topped with dill crème fraîche, smoked salmon, & capers; and Sparkman Cellars Apparition White Blend with a cracker topped with strawberry white stilton, fresh strawberry, balsamic glaze, and fresh basil.

Wow. We are honored to have placed so high in the Wine Bar and Wine Store categories! Thank you to everyone who voted for us.
It is a challenging time for small businesses right now, let alone a small business serving alcohol, but your support, community, laughter, and patronage have kept us going over the last 2.5 years of operation.
We are passionate (obsessed?) about our State's wine industry, and we're committed to bringing the best of the best from our local wineries to the South Sound for you to enjoy!

Thank you to everyone who came out for the tasting last night and made Matt's drive over from Zillah worth it! It was a great night with great wine and people!
Bubbles lovers, it's your turn! Bubbles Wine Club Members: this weekend is your allocation weekend. Come by Friday-Sunday and partake in your complimentary tasting. On Sunday, we open the tasting up to everyone for $18.

We have three bubbles for this month. Members will receive one bottle of each-due to quantity/pricing, there is no ability to change that allocation. Members can purchase additional bottles at 10% off the listed price.
Selected wines:
- Capital Call Vintners, Walla Walla. 2023 Blanc de Blanc. 100% Chardonnay.
- Jaillance, Cremant de Bordeaux ‘Heritage’ Brut. 70% Semillon, 30% Cabernet Franc.
- NADA Giuseppe, VSQ Metodo Classico Rosato. 100% Nebbiolo.
Hours: Friday/Saturday 3-9pm, last call for the tasting is 8:15
Sunday: 12-5pm, last call for the tasting is 4:15.

For our final Washington Wine Weekdays on July 30, we are excited to welcome Matt Rawn from Two Mountain Winery! Located in Zillah and owned by Matt & his brother Patrick, the winery is an extension of the family's farming ties to the Yakima Valley going back four generations. Two Mountain provides wine that is Salmon safe, certified-sustainable, & certified-green. Add to that, they have more winery dogs & sheep/goat w**d eaters than I can count!
Matt will be slinging wine and quoting Ice Cube (how I first met him) July 30 from 5-7:30. He will have their Chardonnay (don't be scared! It doesn't taste like bark mixed with butter), Rosé, Show Pony Red Blend, & their 2023 Cab Sauv (Wine Enthusiast 90pts).
Four Tastes for $15. Wine Club Members: $13.
