A lot of our clients have had this issue lately. If you have an android phone: Your text message app recently changed to Google messages. It was a system wide change so you may have not even realized it. When this changed, it added a spam blocker. Unfortunately, for some reason, it may block your appointment reminder or your notification to fill out a digital form for us and mark it as spam.
How to fix it:
1. Open your text message app.
2. Click on the round icon at the top (sometimes has a photo you set or an initial).
3. Select Spam and Blocked.
4. Find your "appointment reminder" text or "notification to fill out a form" text from us and open it.
5. Once opened it will pop up a box saying "why this looked like spam" and at the bottom of that box it says "unmark as spam" and select that.
That should fix the issue. If you have any other trouble with it feel free to pop by and we can help you in person. I'm so sorry for any inconvenience.
