A selection of my favorite items from a collective of dealers who have curated Art, Antiques, Vintage, and Design all under one roof as you drive into Hudson NY, and a very short walk from the train. A destination well worth a trip!

A Singaporean conceptual artist, a state propaganda newspaper, a fallen tennis pro, and a Rolex — all on the same canvas, all simultaneously true. A nearly seven-foot canvas — bold enough to anchor a double-height entry, a great room, or any wall that can hold a conversation. The teal and green palette reads as effortlessly coastal, but the wit and scale make it equally at home in a loft, a library, or anywhere you want the art to do the talking. Heman Chong is a Singaporean conceptual artist who represented his country at the Venice Biennale, has exhibited at the Serpentine Gallery London and the Singapore Art Museum, and whose work entered major international collections long before his 2025 retrospective made it official. Working on a group of mounted grand tour black plaster impronte that just arrived from Italy. They are reproductions of 19th century hand carved intaglios which were sold in boxed sets of various themes to travelers on their grand tour. The young adults of wealthy families were sent abroad to gain a bit of worldly knowledge and experience in the time between finishing their education and assuming whatever role or position their families had planned for them. The tourists would return home with souvenirs of jewelry, decorative objects and statuary, symbols of having had a grand tour.
