It's been fun watching this progress, kinda crazy how much goes into setting up a manufacturing facility from scratch. It's gone from empty to cranking out guitars in about a year. Ren, Jack, and Drew have put an incredible amount of effort into rebuilding a legendary brand. And they afford Ventura Engraving access to an extra large laser. Sorry, Bob Taylor, next guitar will definitely be a . I'll help make it.

Sandals

One morning I was walking on the beach with my board
In the sunrise, my adventures painted the sky.
Over the ocean I could see another shore.
Sometimes there were sandals,
Other times the sand was untouched.

This intrigued me
because during the "flow" periods of my life,
when I was most happy
and things seemed to fall in place
there were no sandals.

So I said to my board,
I've trusted you, board
And you've never led me astray
Why then, did you let my sandals float away?

To which my board replied:
Those times without your sandals
That's when you were just along for the ride.
