It has been rather quiet on the VBinds Social Media the past few months, and there is a good reason. Between work, raising a now 10-month old little girl, soon rejoining the United States Air Force Auxillary, and everything else life has thrown our way as of late, it has become increasingly hard to maintain a steady, quick, and reliable time frame for bible rebinding. VBinds is currently finishing up with prior rebind orders as it stands currently, with 5 to be completed across 2 remaining customers. After the completion of these 5 rebinds, for the time being, VBinds will be moving to a "Hobby Only" business model. What this means is that I will not be taking on rebind orders but instead will rebind bibles periodically to upload and sell. This is not a permanent change for the rest of my life, but for the time being it is a necessary change so I can devote more time to family and other areas of life. I do not want to sacrifice my time with family for any reason, nor do I want to have anyone else waiting on bible rebinds for time frames exceeding the typical rebind window I used to have. It wouldn't be fair to you, the consumer, nor would it be fair to my family to sacrifice time at this stage to work in my workshop/office 24/7 when not at my full time job in banking.
That said, I GREATLY appreciate all of you, especially my two remaining customers who still are waiting on their rebinds! I have rebound many bibles (over 200) in the almost 3 years since VBinds began. Keep a look out for future bible rebind drops that will happen in the future, as I will still be active in rebinding and selling still! And when the time comes, I will eventually announce that I will begin taking on orders once again.
