We’re paying feed store bills, running errands we’ve been avoiding, and doing our best to make sure the calves are staying in the shade.

🏁 FALL BEEF PROCESSING DAY IS TODAY 👏🏻

First, we want to thank our customers for trusting us to raise the beef you are going to feed your family. It is genuinely our pleasure. I love what I do everyday, through the good ones & the bad ones.

This beef is 2+ years in the making.
It’s a long process and includes a lot behind the scenes to get to the finish line.

I’ll now spend today riding our weaning pens, making decisions for our Spring and Fall processing days for 2027.

Today is processing day for our steers.
We spent Sunday afternoon hauling them to the processor and collecting our customers cut sheets.

In just three weeks, 10+ families will have FULL FREEZERS 🥩

Next processing will be APRIL. If you want a freezer full too, get on our April list ASAP 👏🏻
