📢 CONSIGNMENT DROP-OFF UPDATE
We are currently PAUSING all new consignment drop-offs for the next few weeks.
We are incredibly thankful for the response we’ve received from our consignors! ❤️ We have a large backlog of items waiting to be processed, priced, tagged, and put out on the sales floor, and we want to make sure we can get through what we already have before accepting more.
👉 We expect this pause to last at least 3 weeks. We’ll keep you posted as we get closer to reopening for drops.
📅 A FEW CHANGES ARE COMING!
When we reopen for consignment drop-offs, we’re making a couple of changes to help keep things organized and make the process smoother for everyone:
🗓️ Drop-Off Days will be:
• Tuesday
• Wednesday
• Saturday
📱 We’re also moving toward an appointment-based system.
Our hope is to eventually incorporate consignment drop-off scheduling right into our Thrifters Resale app that we’ve been building. We’re not sure yet exactly when that feature will be ready, but that is the direction we’re heading.
The goal is to make scheduling a drop-off easier and more convenient for you, while also helping us manage the number of items coming in and keep up with processing everything.
We truly appreciate your patience and understanding! What might look like an inconvenience is honestly a GOOD problem to have, and we’re incredibly blessed by the support you’ve shown our little store. 🙏❤️
