First full week of the new months passed, so let’s take a look at some hot new games!

Be sure to check your skis at the front desk! In Lodge, players room tiles from a sliding display and place them on matching floors to attract guests to your lodge. Gain bonus points for placing those guests on their preferred floors and by constructing amenities to keep them happy.

Enchanted Ivy is a cozy solo player card game where you run a B&B. Take on the role of Ivy & build your bewitching B&B to best suit your eccentric guests while cultivating the ivy covering your walls. Each turn, carefully place each card in a grid. Assign guests, noting their preferences (things like “diagonally adjacent”, “same row”, “surrounded” etc.) to score them at the end of the game.

No more rolling or tubes. Quickly fold flat the Heavy Flat x Dan Scott Playmat and slide it into a 15″ laptop compartment. A smooth polyester play surface, cushioned EVA core, and anti-slip PU exterior provide a new way to game! We have the Merfolk, Dragons, Demons, Angels, & Elves art.

We hope to see you next time at Pair A Dice! Happy Gaming!

Spooky Season is here and so are some new board games to kick this weekend off!

Cascadia: Alpine Lakes is a standalone follow-up to the hit spatial puzzle game Cascadia! Many of the core game mechanisms are similar to Cascadia, but the twist is that each habitat scores in different ways and your environment is now a three-dimensional spatial puzzle with new stacking and adjacency challenges. Continue the journey started in Cascadia to create the most diverse Pacific Northwest environment!

Drillers is a game about planning ahead, tough decision-making, and knowing just how far you can afford to drill. In this game players explore an abandoned mine using their mechs, trying to find and excavate anything useful or valuable left behind. Each level of the mine brings new opportunities and new challenges but, as fuel runs low, decisions become tighter. Will you be the first to extend the horizons and uncover what the depths hide?

Was there a game you saw on the table we didn’t mention? Tell us your newest favorite board game! We wish you all happy gaming!
