So long…

This will be my last semester at Comic Book University. Retirement is calling my name. CBU will close the southside campus on Sunday, December 24, 2023.

Thanks to everybody for making this store great. I wouldn’t trade my customer base for anyone’s. You made a 2-year experiment morph into a 19-year career. I’m forever grateful for this experience.

As I ride off into the sunset, Mages Comics & Games will fill the void. They will be up and running in this location on Wednesday, December 27. Mages can handle comic book subscriptions, trading card games, Funko Pops, etc. Basically everything CBU was doing. You may even recognize a few faces. They will also continue to pull existing customers’ lists, honor any outstanding CBU Gift Certificates and Store Credit - so make sure to give them a try.

Probably not doing anything for at least six months, but I’ll keep the website active (ComicBookU.com) if anyone wants to contact me.

Thanks again for everything! I will miss you!!

Rob.
